Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty. If it has already been shipped, you can use our returns process for a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

If you entered the wrong address, reply to your order confirmation email or notify us at support@bestdealstore.asia within 24 hours. After that, refunds will not be available for incorrect addresses.
