  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are issued within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
  • Fulfillment Centers: To ensure faster delivery, items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers worldwide, based on availability and customer location.

Returns Policy

We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy. If your order arrives defective or damaged, you are entitled to a 100% money-back guarantee.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please include your order number and name with the return parcel.

Once we receive the returned product, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds

Incorrect Address Submissions

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, please contact us immediately at support@bestdealstore.asia. Address corrections can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. No refunds will be issued for incorrect address submissions after this timeframe.
