Return & Refund Policy

At Best Deal Store Asia, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below in accordance with Singapore law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Items returned after the 30-day period.
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses that were not corrected within 24 hours of purchase.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without proof of delivery.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and customers must follow the returns process.

6. Disclaimer

Best Deal Store Asia reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions above. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services. All refunds are limited strictly to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
