2. Currency & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel any orders placed under incorrect pricing.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in full at checkout. We accept secure payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and other internationally recognised payment gateways. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Delivery within Singapore and Southeast Asia usually takes 5–7 business days, while international orders may take longer depending on customs and courier services. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates only, and we shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order if the product is defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers may instead use our returns process once the item is delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Deal Store Asia and Tetrad Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
